Hello Guild Founders / Leaders (and an alternate contact - which I frankly guessed on):
I hope you are all doing well.
I would like to offer / suggest a guild specific Q&A session. Similar to what we have been doing in game but with me joining your guild chat at some point to hold a Q&A session with the players in your guild.
The format would be less formal that the normal Q&A with the same general principles - ask anything, and I will answer what I can.
I would like to schedule these starting mid - end of next week. If you can suggest a time that works for your guild - when most people are online then I will work to make that time.
This is an open offer- If you do not see the value then I fully understand.

Prre > Ok , ty it sounds like a good idea and we (VGE) will get back to you to suggest a day and time (obviously flexible). Could you let me know a rough idea of what times are good for you , then we can work to it as we are a global guild .

We decided that 7pm Est would be the optimal time for us , trying to include everyone . Which day will be up to you , but as much notice as possible please . Look forward to your reply.

4PM EST Wednesday would work out great for us. Many of our European members would like to attend as well, so that time works out well for them.
Pree, we should meet again soon with the leaders regarding the raiding rotation. We have much to discuss. Please let me know what time works out best for you guys.

Overt , 4pm EST wont work as most of the guys in EST time zone will be at work sir. I am GMT so i will be up at 12am to be part of the meeting .Elrik , VGE agree to 7pm EST on thursday of this week (23rd) .Overt , I am no longer a leader of VGE btw i quit over this whole raiding rotation saga . So now its Klyde and Bellshade you have to talk to .
