guild mule

so how does the guild mule work?
dont i need 2 boxes ,or get a guildie to transfer stuff in or out?
i have just never tried to access it and am curious.

i run 2 boxes so i could do this myself.
i read about how someone abused the mule, but it was not me.
i would like access to the account but don't know the info.
i understand if i must earn this info but how do i do that?
maybe this could be sent via pm,email??
im really more intrested in depositing and only takeing occasional items needed for building/upgrade
i just don't want to take up others time in the exchange

Two questions.

Who abused the mules ?
Because there has been so much finger pointing left and right at this time it's getting scary.
Most fingers point towards Riddick, but he denies involvement in such thing.
Was this person dropped from guild ? Skeletor had to leave for some reason ?

How does one get access to mules? Cause I would love to have access. My vaults are packed with stuff I need to get rid of.
