Hello everyone,

A brief preview of most of the items in the upcoming update. The update is scheduled to be completed tonight. As usually I know very little more than what is on this list. If any other items sneak in then I will try and update the post.



Content Updates

•Added ore rarity to swooping eagle

•Improved Kayen Silva's talk tree

•Various jenquai mission typos fixed.

Web Updates

•Moved Signature Generator to accounts tab

•Security fixes

•Added web based Dev Tools

•Started work on Ship loadout page to view your toons ships.


Server Updates

•add environmentals class.

•handle overlapping environmentals correctly.

•display envirnomental nodes to GM+.

•Update to include GSHEAR and EMRADIATION on environment handler

•object handling fixes.

•further improvements for stats refresh.

•more login security checks.

•fix for buff refresh.

•fix for sector pause.

•fix for buff cancellation with skills.

•Add GShear and EMRadiation processing

•fix for //rsectors to pause all sectors so loot calcs/asteroid placement etc doesn't crash.

•further improvements to hijack handling.

•allow 'mission complete' to give positive outcome for hijacks.

•Re-Instate original speed increase values per Kyp's Spec

•first draft for hijacking missions.

•Fix for guild promo bug.

•remove job recovery system (causing crashes).

•add new mission nodes (NOT_COMPLETED and OR_COMPLETED).

•start adding mob hijack handling.

•change warp arrival code for consistent arrival distance.

•change static prospecting.

•add afterburn effects and remove group afterburn.

•crash fixes.

•Net7Proxy: fix for memory overwrite.

•Net7Proxy: full switch to new reorder system.

•Net7Proxy: Bump to v2.09.

•Net7Proxy: fix for bad opcode after client crash.


Tools Updates

•add hijack events to event editor.

•fix for out of bounds index in event editor.

•small update to fix EM and Gravitic Shear.

personally gave up on their "content" updates, mostly due to the fact they get content and fixes confused lol

Well it seems that a lot of mobs got stats updated this patch. More HP and also seems to partly do more damage, not sure on their skill usage yet.

Whether or not it was intentional by the update, it seems loot drops have been adjusted.
The Chavez in Paramis drop crap loot now in comps compared to what they dropped before.

They have been working on adjusting droptables they have said and have clearly pushed a part of that live now.

For example the lvl 40 and 42 RDs actually drop stuff now like Harpy 7, Dragonfliught 6, Ivory ward 7 and most like other stuff also. The lvl 46 RD droppes other stuff than it used to (at least seems so based on my very short test).

Heard someone complaining that Vindis are much harder than usual (Nif) and so forth.

Kyp said on teh emu forums that they are brining the mobs to the same level as live and will continue to balance the game so there is surely more to come.
