PostSubject: New Raid Policy   Sun Apr 23, 2017 5:52 pm

We have been almost TOO nice lately waiting for 6 random people to get on same time to do our raids. We have about 8 to 10 people on a day just not all same time.

So from now on, when a trigger is spotted up for our raid week. We will post it on the MOTD. Then use facebook messenger, steam chat and regular on game guild to ask around people's availability. When we have a core of 3 or 4 with a time it will be posted on the MOTD as the drop dead raid time. If some reason we get 6 or more on one time BEFORE this posted time raid will be done earlier, which is preferred.

If you can make the raid time great. If not, too bad. We will not be waiting 2 or 3 days for numbers and keep missing out. Even if only TWO or THREE people on during that post time, it will just be done with double, triples, etc. Whatever it takes to keep raids moving along.

Those who say that the full timers on like alan or me will just keep getting gear, well frankly we are going to try to get most on we can. However, we aren't going to let gobb stay up 3 days with public bitching we are weak just so 2 or 3 people that get on couple times a week can go.

It will be on you to read the MOTD to see these times. We will try to bounce them around the clock so EURO am, US am/euro afternoon, US afternoon, etc all give people with different schedules a chance.

Also just saying now. If raids get done BEFORE this time as numbers just fell in line, sorry. We want these done as soon as possible so if you show up for raid time and see raid was done hours before, them is the breaks. Get on more often.
